Ingredients (4 – 6 servings)
- 1cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 4 strawberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (brain fuel)
- Place ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. It will need at least two minutes. The trick is to put the leaves in first with very little fluid volume and the fruits on top to reach a smooth consistency.
